When NBA legends Tracy McGrady and Jermaine O'Neal launched Seven1 Sports Group and Entertainment—named for their iconic jersey numbers—they had the star power and industry knowledge to revolutionize athlete representation. However, their starter brand couldn't match their Hall of Fame status or communicate their vision of developing complete athletes. This misalignment was limiting their ability to attract top talent to their new venture.
